hello people! :)

how's thing going these days? mine was pretty much fine.

had some exams done last week, and had one more exam to go for thursday.

sooo, last weekend i had a family-gathering at Puncak with my mom's family.

spend 3 days and 2 night staying at villa, had a lot of fun with aunties, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. it's been a joy.

so my post today is about family. well to be frank, am not really a family man. but one thing for sure, i always try (my best) to be there when my family needs me.

i grew up in a big warmth family. am a bataknese. so if ure indonesian and knew a lot about culture, then u must be know how bataknese sticks together.

ya, though we didnt meet each other every day but we still care about each other.

this solidarity that been taught to me since i was a kid. family always comes first.

so after my exam last thursday, i went to tebet and spent a night at ibu's home.

in the morning tulang (uncle) john picked us up and straightly went to Puncak.

it's such a relief, i must say, since i was so fed-up with college-stuffs (exams & papers), so i took this opportunity to take a breath for a while. and yes, am so grateful i didnt miss this gathering.

lots of things to do there, fresh air to breathe, good meals & snacks (the MOST important thing :p), and of course laughter. we shared problems, stories, and thoughts about life. trying to find the solutions for each other. what could i ask more? yea, i wished my mom, dad, and brothers were there. but because the timing wasn't right enough, they couldn't make it.

but after all, i really enjoy this get-away. like a looooooooottt! *group hug*

family; they are the reason why i still could stand today. they are things i treasured most in my life. i cant thank you enough dear Lord for this blessing You sent me, in a form of family.
